Nicolai Lennartz’s Geschichte

Nicolai wurde am 28. Februar 1977 in Friedberg geboren.

Als Kind spielte er am mit Begeisterung Spiele wie Monopoli, Hotel oder Spiel des Lebens und sein größter Traum war schon damals, sein eigenes Geschäft zu führen, am besten einen Kaufmannsladen.

Nach dem Abitur im Jahr 1999 und anschließendem Zivildienst startete er ein Studium zum Diplompädagogen, find aber mit dem Studium einen Job bei der Buchhandlung Hugendubel an.
Diese Tätigkeit bei Hugendubel und die damit verbundenen Entwicklungschancen in einem zu dieser Zeit noch florierendem Markt, machten den Entschluss leicht, nicht lange zu studieren, sondern in Vollzeit bei Hugendubel zu arbeiten. Natürlich mit dem Ziel, eine leitende Funktion zu erreichen und eine Buchhandlung – seinen Kaufmannsladen – zu leiten und lenken.
2003 wurde er Abteilungsleiter ( Bad Homburg ), 2005 stellvertretender Filialleiter ( Ulm ), 2008 trat er seine erste Filialleiterstelle an ( Siegen ), 2010 dann die Leitung der 3000qm großen Filiale in Wiesbaden. Es folgte eine Leitungspositionen in einem Projekt zur Integration einer aufgekauften Buchhandelskette mit 18 Filialen und schließlich wurde er Regionalleiter und betreute 16 Filialen und über 200 Mitarbeiter deutschlandweit.

Durch die schwierige Marktsituation des stationären Buchhandels durch zunehmenden Onlinehandel und das digitale Lesen, war ihm bereits seit seiner Stelle in Wiesbaden bewusst, dass er sich vor Rentenbeginn – in einem Vierteljahrhundert – nochmal wird umorientieren müssen. Da einer seiner Leitsätze im Leben immer schon “Take it, Change it, or Leave it“ war,sondierte er schon bald die beruflichen Möglichkeiten. Ohne zeitlichen Druck, denn die Aufgaben bei Hugendubel machten ihm weiter viel Spaß. Insbesondere die Entwicklung von Menschen, vom Azubi, über die Arbeit als Buchhändler bis zur Weiterentwicklung begabter und motivierter Angestellten in Führungspositionen war sein größter Antrieb.

Ausgebildet zum Trainer für Führungskräfte wurde er von Malik – MZSG Management St. Gallen.

Im Jahr 2016 gründete er mit seinem heutigen Geschäftspartner Frederik Malsy die „BNI Wiesbaden / Mainz GmbH & Co KG“ und betreut bis heute die BNI Region Wiesbaden / Mainz.

2017 gelang es, eine Lizenz für die Trainings von Asentiv zu erwerben. Kurzer Hand Gründeten Nicolai und sein Geschäftspartner Frederik die „EO Empfehlungsoffensive.com GmbH“, um diese Trainings Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer zugänglich zu machen. Sein Herzenswunsch, da er bereits seit dem Jahr 2014 mit dem Gedanken spielte, Unternehmer und Trainer unter der Marke Asentiv zu werden.

Für Nicolai sind die Inhalte der Trainings von Asentiv, insbesondere des „Certified Networker Programs“, ebenso einfach wie genau und unheimlich schlagkräftig und ermöglichen Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmern, Ihr Geschäft über Empfehlungen um ein Vielfaches zu steigern, indem sie von genau denKunden, die sie sich wirklich wünschen genau dieAufträge kriegen, die sie wirklich haben möchten.

Damit ist er heute wieder genau bei der Tätigkeit, die ihm in seinem Leben bei Hugendubel so begeistert und motiviert hat: andere Menschen zu entwickeln und sie zu befähigen mit großen Schritten ihren Träumen entgegen zu gehen – beruflich wie privat.
